Question about verifying status

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Babatunde Onabajo and I've tried to register for AWS but have been unable to do so because apparently our card cannot be validated (we bank with Barclays) and so $1 (one) USD can't be taken. I think it might be an issue with the 3d authentication. Is there any other way that we can register for AWS or confirm our identity?
